Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security and cookie-free visit statistics.
- Google (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail): our email list and our mailbox.
- Google, Meta and TikTok: statistics and ad measurement, only if you accept these cookies.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Udemy and other websites
When you go to Udemy or to a tool on our Tools page, that company collects your data under its own privacy policy. As a student, your account and your purchases are handled by Udemy under its privacy policy.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, write to us at happinesshealthwealthacademy@gmail.com. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Children
The site and our courses are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
